A nice sunny evening was had at Downhill, and although shaded in the forest, most runners came back having worked up a sweat on the constant up and down hills that the geography of this forest provides. Some of the hills proved to be quite slippery, with a few runners sliding down instead of running.
Hopefully the weather will be as good next week when we are at the University in Coleraine, and there will be less hills!
