This training event will last about 2 hours and designed to help us all improve some of the basic orienteering techniques that we should maybe put into practice more often.

It will be an opportunity for those attending to share their skills and techniques to help us all improve our navigation and hopefully improve our race times.

Beginner very welcome but please contact David so we can make sure we we have appropriate activities lined up for you!
