Portglenone Forest visitor car park. 1km south of Portglenone on the A42

Parking

Park on the official car park signposted from the A42. Please note that there is a charge of £5 per car.

Starts and Timing

Starts between 11am and 12.15pm. Courses close at 1pm.

Activities

In addition to a map memory training exercise the following courses will be available:

Yellow	2 – 2.5 km	beginners course.
Orange	3-3.5 km	improvers and GCSE students
Short Green	3 km	experienced orienteers
Green	5 km	experienced orienteers

Cost

Price: £4 per map (you can go round as an individual, a pair or family group for this price). This activity is free of charge for Orienteering club members.

Refreshments

Tea/coffee available after the activities.

Toilets

There are public toilets adjacent to the car park.
