NWOC – Celebrating 50 years of Orienteering

The North West Orienteering Club was established in January 1973. The two main founders of the club were the late Noel Bogle MBE and Fred Corscadden our first Chairperson.

To help us celebrate the 50 years we invite you to join us for a Score Event at the Roe Valley Country Park on Tuesday 27th December 2022 at 12.00 midday. The Park was our main event and training areas in the early years and provided a very suitable terrain to introduce the basic skills of map reading.

A perfect score at this event will be 500 points – 10 for every year of North West Orienteering Club Orienteering!

Online entry only – please signup now!

For full details please see the event page:

We hope you can join us on the day.

Merry Christmas.
