Gransha Park MapRun 19th June 2021- results (updated)

Thanks to everyone who came along today and to Anthony the planner and Des his assistant for all their work putting on this training event.

The link below will take you to a revised version of the results where we have tried to add back in missed punches where the GPS trace shows the runner close to the control location. This means some runners (but not all) who were initially classified as “mispunched” are now “OK” and therefore have a placing.

We are still learning about this technology and the best way to get the best out of it! Thanks to everyone for helping us in this process.

Congratulations to Bobby Smyth who had the best time for the 20 marker line course. Also congratulations to Conor McGuinness who had the fastest time including the extra controls variation.

Missing Results

If you don’t see your name in the online results – go to the MapRun App, tap “Show Results”, then tap the event name to get the results screen:

Tap on the 3 bar menu and finally “Upload (Manual)” to upload your results and make them live. This normally happens automatically after “punching” the finish, but if it fails for any reason, you need to force a manual upload as above.
