The next Wednesday evening event will take place in the fast and furious parkland surrounds that make up St. Columb’s Park. All are welcome from absolute beginners to experienced veterans.

Courses

There will be 2 courses:

• Green: 4.8Km
• Score: As many controls as you can in 45 minutes (20 controls in total)

The start and finish areas will be located near the Browning Drive (allotment) car park. Runners will be able to start their course from 6.30 till 7.00pm. Courses close at 8.00pm.

Costs

• Seniors: £5.00
• Juniors: £3.00

Coaching and advice will be provided by experienced orienteers at the start for anyone that is relatively new to the sport. There will be ample opportunity to conduct a post mortem with your fellow orienteers after your run.
