This series of events are suitable for all ages, but children under 10 should be supervised by a parent or teacher. The series will incorporate the NWOC Primary Schools championships events where children (and parents) can score points for their School.
No special equipment is required – just wear outdoor clothing suitable for running or walking and bring a watch to check your time with.
