Meet at 11.00am in car park at Benone Complex.
Assembly area 2 minutes from car park along path directly to beach.

This is technical orienteering training based on reading contours and will be suitable for runners at light green standard and above.

• We will all help to put out 20 markers
• Three short training loops of 1.7km or Score.
• Collect in to finish at 13.00

Full leg cover compulsory.
