Venue: Drum Manor Forest Park (Map Link here) – on A505 5 miles West of Cookstown

Registration opens at 11.00am

Starts from 11.30 –1.00pm Courses close at 3.00pm
If both parents would like to run then we should be able to start one parent at 11.00am.
Start and Finish will be close to the registration.

General: Toilets are available at registration.
A new children’s Play Park is available beside the car park
Entrance fee £4 per car. Please consider sharing transport.
Dogs should be kept on a lead.

Discount of £2 for all seniors on production of membership card

• Light Green 3.1km
• Long Orange 4.7km
• Orange 3.3km
• Yellow 2.1km
• White 1.7km

Courses will be pre-printed on water-proof paper. Code descriptions will be at registration and printed on the maps.NOTE In the event of very bad weather the event might have to be cancelled at late notice. Please check the website if there is any doubt about weather conditions.
