The parking will be at Benone Leisure Complex.

Courses  

Course	Length	Comments
Green	4.5km	expect to run nearly 6 km
Short Green	3km	this uses controls 1 -6 and 14 – 25 of the Green course
Orange	2.5km	for improving navigators
Yellow	1.7km	an extension of the white course, for beginners and families
White	1km	for beginners and families

Terrain

The orange course will stick mainly to the dune paths while the green courses will make full use of the rolling terrain and mixed vegetation. Leg cover in recommended for runners on these two longer courses.

Cost

Free for members. £4 per map for non-members.
