Terrain Notes
There is a lot of wind blown trees after the January Storm. Areas of wind blown are marked as dark green rectangular blocks. These blocks are to help with route choice. They should not be used to navigate to a marker
Full leg cover recommended.
Toilets:
There are good toilet facilities associated with the Forest Park car park
Coffee and Ice Cream
There will be a Coffee and Ice Cream Kiosk open in the main car park during the event.
Dogs:
Dogs should be kept on a lead.
Hazards:
- Parents should be aware there are two lakes adjacent to the car parking and supervise their children accordingly.
- This is a busy forest park so there will be traffic coming and going all day and members of the general public in the competition area.
