There is nowhere quite like Binevenagh – and Northern Ireland Colour Series 4 should give all runners a good portion of cliffs, hillside, mature conifer and deciduous forest and, new for 2017, the Druncrun Fishing Lakes too (many thanks to George Canning).

The Northern Ireland Sprint and Middle Distance Champs will be held over the LVO Tollymore Camping Weekend on 23-25 June.

To get started for the new season volunteers (thanks Bobby etc.!) have decided to put on a training event in Binevenagh.

We will meet at Duncrun Fishing Centre  (about 0.5 mile beyond St Aiden’s Chapel – our usual parking spot) at 10.00am. We intend finishing about 12.30.
