 .\nCourses\nThere will be two courses available. The first will be a score
  event where competitor will have 45 minutes to visit as many control poin
 ts as possible. This will be suitable for those new to Orienteering. The s
 econd course will consist of 20 controls which must be visited in a fixed 
 order (approximate length about 4km).\nEquipment\nThe only equipment neede
 d is outdoor clothing and a pair of trainers / running shoes.\nCosts\nCost
