DESCRIPTION:This years Club Handicap Championships will be held at the LVO 
 Autumn Trophy 3 at Hillsborough Forest on Saturday 16th November.\nLVO Eve
 nt Fixture Page\nDavid has calculated a handicap for each club regular as 
 a minutes per km time. This will be combined with the course lengths (Gree
 n and Orange) at Hillsborough to give a target time for each runner. The w
 inner will be whoever beats their target time by the greatest amount (or m
 isses it by the least)!\n\nThe handicaps and target times will be on displ
 ay on Saturday at the event.
